Pimms is an unknown mystery to all South Americans and it is the constant task of expats going to and fro from England to smuggle bottles back in their luggage!

Now luckily for those of us based in Argentina there is a solution to our Pimms drought – Clericot!

Traditionally served on balmy summer days on the polo fields of Argentina and yachts docked in the south of Brazil this is the perfect drink to enjoy on those long Latin American summer evenings (especially when thinking of everyone back home in the cold!)

  • 1 bottle Sauvignon Blanc
  • 2 peaches
  • 1 green apple
  • a handful of strawberries
  • club soda
  • sugar to taste
  • Cut up fruit, place in pitcher, add liquids and stir with a wooden spoon

Now kick back and enjoy!
