Mix all the ingredients below in a saucepan with 1 ½ litres of water and stir until all the sugar has dissolved simmer for 20minutes.
2 bottles of red wine (see above)
1 orange with cloves
2 sliced oranges
2 sliced lemons
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of cointreau
2 tablespoons of ground ginger
A touch of Cayenne Pepper.
